There are heaps of Social Bookmarking sites that you can join, StumbleUpon is one of the more popular sites.  Usually you just sign up on these sites, then download and install a Social Bookmarking toolbar in your browser.  As  you explore the  bookmarked websites or blogs  if you come across one that you like or wish to promote you simply click a toolbar icon and it will create a bookmark link for you.
